Bad service with Bad Attitude

I walked into the showroom at Atterbury on the 27th December and ordered furniture. Was told that I would get this beginning of February as the manufacturer only opened the 15th of January and would take three weeks to complete. I have asked the outstanding furniture to be delivered this weekend or the order to be cancelled.

Today Michael from the Atterbury Branch calls me with an attitude I have never experienced in 25 Years of being in the service industry. What a complete buffoon and lack of customer awareness/service/helpfulness.

What a joke, to think they actually care.

Now I have been promised delivery on Wednesday, but again no mention of compensation or trying to make me the customer feel like I am valued or important.

I guess they do not want more business from us that are willing to pay hard earned money only to be when it comes to delivering on what has been paid for.

Maybe it would be nice if Waylon, Operations Manager - Rochester, would pick up his phone so he could hear the complaints of the customers.

Very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to use them. You are better off going to Mr. Price and replacing more often.
