On 27November 2012 I sent an email to Philile Mthembu @ P&G about faulty Pampers nappies and forwarded pics of /- 10 nappies. I was notified that the batch mustve been faulty and that I should be receiving vouchers for the damaged goods. I have been keeping an eye out for these promised vouchers and once again sent an email to Philile on the 3 Feb 2013 informing them that I have still not received the vouchers which I was then told it had been posted and that I should receive them shortly. Its now the 30 May and still no sign of these vouchers. I am absolutely disgusted by the after service that I have been receiving from P&G. As it is their product was faulty and till now I'm being messed around for a refund for their faulty product. What exactly is the use of having a customer relations agent when they can not even provide adequate customer care. I demand that now 6 months later that my matter be resolved immediately. This service is Pathetic and P&G has lost a client in me, and I will notify those near and dear to me to avoid this brand of nappies in the future.
