In a space of 3months I had 2/3fraudulent transactions going off my account. The first incident was given the necessary attention however with the 2nd dispute which occured in Sep 2012 is being handled poorly/ intentionally neglected.
The 2nd committed comprised of a Jetmart purchase which has been corrected and there was a Vodacom subscription too which to date hasnt been dealt with. I have followed up with various branches as reflected above, phoned the number that is constatly provided every now and then as I visit the branch with no luck, received calls and sms from the collections department (spoke to 3 managers within that department to explain my dilemma) but my problem continues.
1. Want to know why is it that the airtime/ subscription issue is not being disputed if I have brougt this matter to Edgars the same time I reported the Jetmart issue over 3months ago?
2. Why is it that the staff members find it so easy to refer me to one pillar to post? No one want to own my problem!! the 1 thing Edgars does best is call for payment which is incorrectly calculated due to the, interest implication too. Close my account, give me my PEACE of mind please, I have had it
