Manager does not keep his word

After filing a complaint when an employee at the store told me to k off when I took my tv in for repairs the branch manager phoned me and apologised. He offered to have my tv delivered at my home once it was repaired as the employee who swore at me is still working at the store. He told me that when my tv was repaired he would phone me and arrange for delivery. On Monday and again today I received an sms stating that the tv is ready for collection and must be collected within 3 days. I still have not heard a word from the store manager and am once again highly disusted by Hi fi corporation. I want my tv delivered to my home tomorrow afternoon between 4-5 pm.
