Sequence of events: 2013-02-02 11:07 printer handed in for repairs at Wonderboom Customer Service Desk, get reference number 2128741. 2013-02-05 08:13 receive SMS that printer is with agent / repair shop 2013-02-13 10:21 phone 0860306999 Wonderboom, say it is still being repaired 2013-02-18 13:26 phone Wdb, spoke to Thabo Prinsloo he will follow up with supplier and let me know but he did not 2013-02-19 - 13:00 drove to Makro Wdb, spoke to Thabo Prinsloo, he tried to phone supplier we could not wait he would phone back but did not 2013-02-20 10:25 phone Wdb spoke to Thabo says the supplier's phones were down he would phone back but did not. I want a working printer, quick!!
