I ordered online a sushi mat from Yuppiechef. I placed the order on the 18th February. I received communication that afternoon that the order and payment had been received. I received an email the next day to say the order had been dispatched. It arrived in Pennington on the South Coast of KZN on the 20th in the morning. Beautifully packed but the best of all was the hand written personalized card that accompanied the product. The best service I have ever received from any company in South Africa. And the most amazing part of this whole story is that the item cost R 120.
