Outstanding amounts

In 2011 February I went to Bears Jabulani to pay for my Lounge suite. i then asked the cashier about banking details for me to do electronic transferes, they gave me details. Then on March, April and May I tranfered the payments when I went back in June to get my monthly statement I was told that they did not get any payment for those months. I gave them the proof of payment with reference numbers, they say they can see the money but they can not reverse it up to date. So I'm in arreas and they put interest every month. I have called them send proof but nothing is done. PLS HELP!!!
