I have no worries with the staff at this West street branch and find it quite plesant to go and shop there as staff are helpfull and alwasy smile...

my Complaint comes in with an item i bought on sale - a pair of boots -

I have had them for about 1 month and have used them like 5 times - i have notcied today while at work that the back heel is now broken all the way around ... ( and i am at work with a broken shoe)

i have always bought from fashion Express and find that the past items are still in intact...

Have u got new people doling quality control?

Please advise of a way forward as i have no slip and i have worn the boots still wearing them today :( BROKEN!!!

I hope that this issue will be resloved as i really enjoy shopping at this branch and do find the items affrodable
