Still dont have my Blue Bulls Shirt!!!

Hi, Hopefully someone can assist i really need to confirm i need my shirt like promised when purchasing this item on the 05/02/2013.When buying this product it said delivery latest 2nd week of Feb.i really need it as im flying overseas on thursday and would like the mug as well. I really cant understand the delay, i call head office and no one answers my calls! please help as im really considering on taking it futher. Order no 593
