BAD SERVICE /EXTENDED WARNANTY A TOTAL FASS!

I REPORTED MY WASHING MACHINE OUT OF ORDER APPROX 11/12/2012 UNDER EXTENDED WARANTY AND WAITED TILL JAN2013 THEN COMPLAINED TO TOMMAS AT THE STORE.HE SAID THAT THE PERSON THAT WAS HANDLING MY COPLAINT WAS REMOVED.HE THEN SAID HE WOULD SORT IT OUT.WITCH NEVER HAPENED AS SOMEBODY FROM SOME REPAIR PLACE PITCHED UP, THEN SAID THY HAD TO ORDER A PART AND DIAPEARED.I VISITED THE STORE AT LEAST FOUR TIMES TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS HAPPINING.ON WENSDAY THE 13/02/2013 A TEC FROM SAMSUNG PITCH AND REMOVED THE MACHINE.I THEN RECEVED QUOTES TO REPAIR THE MACHINE.I AGAIN WENT TO THE STORE AND MET WITH THE STORE MANAGER KIETH WHO THEN GOT THINGS MOVING.HE PAID THE REPAIR COMANY ON SATERDAY 16/02/2013 AND THEN DESASTER HE HANDERD THE TASK BACK TO TOMMAS WHO STARTED TO TELL ME THAT BECASE OF THE LACK OF COMUNICATION BETWEEN MY SELF AND HIM THAT IS WHY IT IS STILL ON GOING 60 DAYS LATER.I PHONED TOMMAS ON 19/02/2013 AT 09H00 AND WAS TOLD IN A VERY ABRUPED ATATUED THAT HE WOULD CONTACT ME WITH A REPORT AT 10H00 AND GESS WHAT AT 14H00 I PHONED THE STORE TO BE TOLD THAT HE WAS ON ANOTHER CALL, I PROCEDED TO HOLD FOR 20 MIN AND THEN SOME LADY CAME ON THE LINE AND TOLD ME TOMMAS HAD JUST LEFT THE STORE.
