Shoddy service and bad quality items

I purchased a lounge suite from their In House Decor Store in Ormonde and have been having endless problems and being given the run around by their staff. thye to me about the leather and when it started cracking when i took it back the story changed. Since then, they are not taking any responsibility and giving me the run around.
I am tired and fed up with this.
I have tried to contact their Senior Management but to no avail.
