Poor Quality of Lounge Set

We bought a 100% leather lounge suite 9 months ago. The leather was of very poor quality and it began to peel. the lounge set was picked up to be repaired more than 2 months ago. It came back with 2 different tones of leather. We have tried contacting the branch and to date we received no response. They still have our lounge set and refuse to replace or refund us for the damaged set. We have also sent emails to their complaints dept 2 weeks ago and still no response. All calls are not returned either.

This lounge set cost us R34 000.00. Surely the quality and service should be better.
