No Delivery of T-shirt ordered

I ordered a t-shirt for the 21km twoOceans marathon in March, when i got to the expo i was told that they were out of stock and that they would be posted the following week. Till today i have not received the t-shirt.

I tried calling their office and i was told only Neil can assist me but i could not get hold of him not could i leave a message for me to call me back. I'm really frustrated and just want my money back now it's been too long to wait for t-shirt really.
