Bale Pack colours washed out

Good day

I bough an Bale pack 3 weeks ago. Yesterday i have washed the continetal pillow covers and the sheet and the maroon colours washed out completety. The material looks washed out and grey now after the very 1st wash, and hand washed seperateley. I am very unhappy as now i cannot use the sheet and the pillow covers after one wash. I am distraught now i have wasted my money on an low quality brand. I am a new customer to Sheet Street as well and had to experience this with the first purchase.

Please advise. Thank you.
