I ordered chocolates for my husband (a certified chocoholic) a week before valentines day and all was confirmed by email to be delivered between 10-1 at his work place. the day came and went and there was no delivery! there was no email, sms, phone call to say it won't be delivered or if there was a problem. quite embarrasing having to ask my husband if he received something that was supposed to be a surprise. i received a lousy sms on the sunday to say it was not delivered as if i did not know that already. terribly disappointed with woolworths service, truly expected better. no more online orders from me.
