Playtex underwear expensive but bad quality

Good day

I have bought numerous pairs of boy-leg 5 pack underwear in my are Including Vaal Mall, Mooirivier Mall and Edgars Parys and each of them are very bad quality I wear them for no more than a twee of two and the holes start appearing around any seam line. I can not keep on replacing at the price they ask but what to do if every single packet does the same?

Really at the end of my rope and very mad at bad quality product.
