FLAT SCREEN REPAIR

Hi i bought a Sinotec 32 inch hdr lcd tv on 30th of June 2012 and it got damaged in November withing 6 months from the day of purchase, no switching on, so i send it back to game for repair and they said it wil be repaired within 21 days so since then, i have been trying to get hold of the store (011 690 2922) and they busy telling me stories they saying the tv is still with their supplier and they wil get back to me, since now i havent heard any reply from them,

can you kindly intervene in this regard?
