Poor service when returning damaged goods

I bought a LOGIK 46 " LED TV 3 years ago. This flat screen TV screen started going black (only 3 years old). I took the TV to have it repaired. After 1 week I called to find out what the progress is, only to be told that I need to pay R1710 to have it repaired. I paid the amount and had to phone 2 weeks later again to find out what the progress is. I received the TV back after 4, 5 weeks. Lo and Behold when I plugged in the TV at home it had the same problem. I informed GAME and their attitude is bring it back and we will send it away again... I made them come and fetch the TV, which took 3 days and me going back again to make them do it. After 2 weeks I went back to them, find out what is happening (they obviously do not follow up). The supervisor phoned the company contracted by LOGIK to fix their appliances, TECHNIFIX, in Durban. The feedback - they cannot fix the TV, they cannot get a spare part. NO SPARE PARTS FOR A LOGIK TV THAT COST THOUSAND OF RANDS AND IS ONLY 3 YEARS OLD!!! On complaining about this GAME managers attitude is totally disinterested and unhelpful - GAME NOTICE - GAME WILL ENSURE ALL DAMAGED APPLIANCES WILL BE REPAIRED AT LOWEST COST - bunch of liars
