AWAITING PAID UP LETTER

I have paid up my YDE account on the 29th January already, on the 5th I requested my account to be closed and a letter to be issued to say that the account has been paid up and it has been closed. I am still awaiting those letters. it was apparently posted to me but I ahve not received it yet. please could you email it to me as soon as possible.
