Someone who gets service! Clive (at Alphen SPAR)

It's not often that you come across someone in the service industry who has a demonstrated passion for customer service like Clive has.

What I loved was that he very subtly goes around ensuring that everyone is cared for... Whether it's acknowledging me, reassuring me that he was there for me and listening to me... Exceptionally eager to resolve a query or the simple act of changing over trolley's so that I didn't have to carry my bags out... I felt like I was REALLY being treated well!
