We need more Clives!!

On Saturday myself and my family had a meal at spur N1 City.

We waited 15 minutes for someone to serve us, to which we received none.
After about 20 minutes, a manager (Clive) assisted us by taking our orders.

Within 5 minutes we had received drinks and foods, with him topping up drinks and following up with our table literally every 5 minutes.

The waiter who was supposed to attend to our table, seated people after us but completely ignored us. As soon as we were ready to pay she was ready and waiting to receive our money.

NONSENSE!!

I refuse to tip someone for a service they never rendered, but was more than willing to tip Clive for the amazing service he provided my family with and the attitude with which he handled our disgruntled table.

I informed Clive that the tip was for him, which I hope he kept and never passed on to the lady who is money greedy.

Restaurants need more people like Clive, and because of him we will be back to visit his branch.

Thanks Clive! You're one in a million!
