My son, Tevin Jones was in a car accident on the 2nd of April 2013 (Registration number - VSM057GP). The car was fixed at Technodent (Roodepoort Clive:0828223436). The car was collected on the 1st of May 2013. The car left my son's possession with a full tank, yet when I collected the car the tank was half. When I questioned Clive about it, he said that his driver used the car to go to "the shops". At the time of collection the car was leaking water, oil and was unable to go into first gear at all. Clive told Tevin there was nothing wrong with the clutch and that my son must just get familiar with the clutch again. The clutch was in perfect condition before the accident.

The car was then taken to Spares Incorporation (Asslim : 0827603339) who replaced the clutch bracket. Clive could have told me in the first place to replace the clutch bracket but instead he to me and said nothing was wrong with the clutch. I spoke to Wayne (the assessor :0748327986) and Dawood (the assessors manager), both claim that they couldn'
