Refused to acknowledge problem

I bought an Asus Transformer 300 pad, 3G version (TF300TG) from Incredible Connection. I loved it, and when prompted to update my firmware, I did, only for the tablet to become very slow, and the 3G modem does not work any more.

I took the tablet to said branch from which I bought it, and spoke to the technician. I told him my tablet was on Android Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0.3), and upon upgrading to Jelybean (4.1.1) my tablet gave problems. He said that it must be my fault, he won't do anything, it is software.

Surely modem not working, and tablet misbehaving is grounds for atleast sending it to Asus? The technician knew nothing about the tablet, or Android, and blaming me for a manufacturer fault is disgusting.

I will not support Incredible Connection, not until they atleast try to help me. Terrible terrible service.
