Incredible Connection - We're used to HelloPeter!

I bought a 32 gig micro SD card (Sandisk Ultra @ R340, 00) for my mobile a few months ago. Copied all my music and photos etc onto it. The phone recognised the card once or twice and never again. Thought I would try it in the tablet. The tablet wouln't even boot until I removed the card. After a month or two trying to get it to work elswhere (it works in the PC but who wants a 32 gig card in a usb port... for what??) I gave up and took it to IC. They told me to come back later while they checked it. A week or two later I pop in. They had lost the card and told me to come back later. Another week goes by and I pop in (I live out of town) They found it and informed me all was well with the card. Tried the tablet. It wouldn't even boot with the card and locked up. Had to perform a reset. I then asked for a replacement, even a cheaper brand. NOPE!! I said I'll post a comment on HelloPeter.
His grinning reply..." Oh... we get that all the time!! " I was dumbstruck. What an arrogant attitude this "still wet behind the ears" individual had. I have a sign behind my office desk.." ASK ME ABOUT INCREDIBLE CONNECTION" I talked our school out of buying 4 printers so far :) :)
