Pathetic service.!!!

PATHETIC!!! I ordered a "Hangrite" from Homemark in December. On 11 January this man phoned me to say he wants my address for my parcel. I gave it to him. He says he will be sending me a tablet. I say "What tablet" He says I got points because I ordered in December and they are going to send me a tablet. After a looooong conversation I eventually learned that I have to pay about R3000 for this tablet I didn't order. ("You don't have to pay anything madam, the bank has already approved a loan to you") I said I don't want anything, just the "hangrite", he said what must he do with the points then, can he put it on a card for me. I said yes. (He never said I had to pay anything for these points) Today I phoned to ask where my "hangrite" is, they said I didn't order a hangrite, I ordered a gold card. And I paid for it!!! This morning I got 6 phone calls from Homemark people wanting to sell something to me. And they don't take NO for an answer. Never Ever Ever again will I order ANYTHING from them.
