POOR POOR SERVICE - PATHETIC SERVICE

In the beginning of Jan'13 we went to furniture city to buy a stove, everything was approved and we were told they will get stock in 3 weeks which we said was ok. We never heard anything from then and beginning Feb '13 we went into the store to find out what is happening 4 weeks later, we were told the product has been discontinued but no one lets us know what is happening. Siphiso said we can take the demo if we want but he suggest we cancel the deal and apply for a loan and go buy one cash so we agreed. Then we were told we approved for loan we can get the cash. then all of a sudden we were declined for the loan because they messed things up. Now we are sitting without a stove and they will not help us, I have spoken to Lorraine and she was very rude and just said she cant do anything about this. This is absolutely not acceptable as we did what was told to us by the sales person and now we cant get anything and still sit without a stove. The service we are getting from the store is absolutely pathetic, there is no customer service from the stores managers and they are the rudest people to deal with. I will take this matter further as this is not acceptable NO STOVE AND NO SERVICE
