Hi

I've been a Shoprite customer for awhile and never have I been treated the way I was treated today at Amazimtoti the Toti Mall while returning a mini oven two plate stove.
First I was told to wait, the non-foods floor co-ordinator (Joyce) was busy. I was not greeted in a friendly manner as a customer then I had to explain myself not once but 4 times. I was told by the floor co-ordinator that I took to long to bring back the product that was bought (the faulty product is less than one month old) and I was told that no cash refunds will be done then the security guard followed me like I was a criminal. Then after waiting for more than 15 min the non-foods manger finally came out with attitude. I am disgusted by the poor, very poor customer service i received today.
Could you kindly assist me with this problem. I have another stove which i don't want but was forced into taking an item from the store. As far as i'm concern this is illegal. I returned a heater which was older than 3months to Checkers Galleria and had no problems with the cash refund. I did not want another stove from Shoprite because I do not like the other makes. Now I have an ugly stove.
