NO! 65th bday present my dad always wanted

I went into the Tygervalley Branch last week Tuesday only two branches in the Western Cape (I see why now), got the salesman to take an hour to tell me that there is no stock, I am unable to take the Demo and that he can actually order the item. That's me fishing for any better ideas, DOING HIS JOB. He advised me that I could expect to collect it either the Thursday or the following Tuesday. Wednesday comes and I ME MYSELF have to follow up, they have not received stock, and they cant give me an alternative to their problem. So they say the manager will call me in an hour, 18 hours later!!! I me myself, have to call them, the manager says they have nothing in the western cape, the country, I have to go back to Tygervalley and do a refund. Stop wasting the Western Cape's Time close these branches too. Sorry Dad, you wont get the 65th birthday present I wanted to get you. Thanks Hi Fi Corp.
