Terrible customer service / false advertising!!!

Very appalled at the shocking service and clueless staff at [URL Removed], pre ordered PS3 Fifa 14 for my Boyfriends birthday present and was so excited to give him his gift tonight. But typical [URL Removed] advertising false promises "24 hour delivery" that's a huge and has never yet to happen. All good a well to call your customers to let them know that there is a delay with the delivery, but then to promise them that they will get an after hours delivery and will definitely still receive your goods on 27/09/2013... well you have less then 25 mins left of the 27th... guess no delivery, which is discussing service, and to top it off your staff not knowing a thing of what time or how to track my parcel and when I sarcastically say "what time can I expect my delivery 2/3 am in the morning" and to be told yes ma'am it could be delivered at any hour and cant give you an answer as I cant track your parcel but it will be delivered tonight. So thanks [URL Removed] for the atrocious service and wasting my Friday night as I have been waiting at home since 5 pm for your b#ll$h! t order. Very disappointed!
