Cancelled order but money deducted

On the 21st October I was told I had won a competition - to cut a very long story short I was told that I had won a Polaroid Tablet at half price - R3, 199.95. I initially agreed to the offer thinking that a tablet at half price would be great, only to find that it was not half price at all but the full price. I CANCELLED THE ORDER 2 HOURS LATER by sending an e-mail to one of the managers, Michael Denke. I have subsequently received the Tablet and my husbands account has been debited with the amount.of R3, 199.95. I have sent 4 e-mails to various people plus phoned customer care 7 times and no one will help me sort out this issue. I do NOT want the Tablet and my husband wants his money refunded. MOST Disappointed in HOMEMARK.
