I keep getting called by your call centre people, all they do is demand, demand and demand without even checking how I am doing. I went to one store to have my acco unt card replaced. No help there. How does one go about paying for things he did not sign up for? Several times I've for the cellphone insurance be cancel and also get the club magazine? No help either.
