Cellphone Claim

I have my phone insured with Edgars as I bought it there. I submitted a claim at the Edgars Active Branch in Lebowakgomo Polokwane end of May 2013 as my phone had been. I submitted all the required documentation and still have not heard any outcome. This is my very first claim in the 1 and half years I have had the insurance and I don't understand why it's taking so long cos they said first time claims get processed quicker.
