Went to Checkers @ about 18:30 yesterday. Items were reduced, needs to be authorized by a Manager. It really that there's no manager in sight when they know reduced items are to be cleared this time of the day! The poor Cashier (Lerato) rang that bell countless times, walked up & down looking for help. Eventually saw this Morwa & another manger walking down an aisle, she called them, Morwa looked @ her & simply walked on, the othe manager did not hear. I walked out of the store past 7 o' clock!!! DISGUSTING!! I 1st had to put up a scene to be helped!!! When I asked Morwa why she didn't come to help, she had a really bad attitude!! THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT A LOYAL CUSTOMER! TRAIN YOUR STAFF AND TEACH THEM TO WORK WITH CUSTOMERS! I'M NOT LOOKING FOR HAND OUTS, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! NEXT TIME (IF THERE EVER IS A NEXT TIME), I SWEAR TO I'LL BEAT THE OUT OF YOUR STAFF! MAKING ME FEEL LIKE THEY ACTUALLY DOING ME A FAVOUR BY HELPING ME!!!
