I would just like to note after all my drama with Hi-Fi (and the rude incompetent manager still hasn't bothered to apologize to me...); I would like to thank Ronnie Moodley for all his efforts, keeping me updated and making the necessary arrangements so that I wouldn't have to be shunted around.
