I DID NOT SAVE R400 ON A QUOTE I AM SO SADDEN

Good Day (The Owner of Outsurance) I trust that you are all keeping well. I did not have time to log this query to you but today I have made some time to log this query to you all and to whom it may concern. I contacted your company call centre in the month of January 2013 and spoke to one of your staff members whom did contact me back and I am not going to mention if this staff member was male or female. When this staff member called me back upon my request and took down my details for a general insurance quote when i use the term general I mean it was just to find out how much it will cost me for my car which is a 2012 model to what I am currently paying my existing car insurance. So after giving all of my details this staff member stated that I would have to pay plus minus R1000 whereas I am paying way less than the quote that I was given, so I told your staff member to call me later on in that week, so finally this staff member got through to me as I have been really extremely busy, because this staff member could not BEAT my current car insurance this staff member tried to sell me LIFE COVER which I did not want. Please Investigate This Urgently and Note: Do Not Contact Me.
