Homemark took money without a purchase

2 years ago Homemark charged me R2999 for something I did not purchase. It took a long time to get the charge reversed and a response from them. They eventually promised to remove me from their database in exchange for not reporting it to Hellopeter, or charging them with, but continue to call me every week. They are driving me mad, and invading my privacy.
