During the course of September a consultant called me, and I informed him of the situation. First of all you did not receive my id document the day when the phone was delivered and activated my last cellphone number. You did not specify the account number and did not send me a contract documentation regarding the new contract. Terms and conditions on the internet is not what I've signed for, my documentation regarding the cellphone and number that I took. I paid in September a massive amount. Now you send me a letter demand payment for disconnection for non payment. Your consultant advised me that he will be sending the account over for further investigation and someone will call me as soon as possible. Nobody called me as of yet and did not bring any resolution to the matter. I demand answers to your legal letters, why nobody called me back and what I need to pay for. You are pointing a finger at me but three are showing back to you. I've paid for my services and demand my numbers back. I have recordings of the call made to me, this is the last straw. And please do not call to my office as I am on holiday.
