CARD DEDUCTIONS FOR NO PURCHASE

I once bought from Homemark using my card through call centre agents. I paid and receive my 1st two orders. On the 5th December 2012 i received a call from a call centre agent Boitogo calling to confirm if i was still happy with my last purchase. She then started to sell me a juice maker or blender which i declined. A few minutes after the call my phone reported a deduction 3100.00 from Homemark. I immediately called in to enquire what was happening and unfortunately was moved from pillar to post, no one could help me. I then went to my bank to try and reverse the payment but the bank could not help and only stopped my card and gave me a new card. I had been trying to get my money back until i received a call again now on the 6th february 2013 from a Wmoclo who said he was dealing with my complaint and wanted my card new card number so he can refund me. I then gave him my card number and few minutes later another deduction of 3300.00 went off. I called in to find out but tjis guy said he did deduction just to spite me, and ask me what will i do. I tell you im sitting with kids which i thrown out of school due to school fees, i was hospitalised for depression. I need my money now
