27 Jan reported substandard product by email. 7 Feb no response so phoned their (cell phone) customer services line and asked to be called back to avoid cell phone costs to me. Later received call back and gave full details of my complaint with batch numbers/expiry date. They would look into it and respond by email in 24 hours then I could give my postal address for a coupon. They had NOT received my email of 27th. No response by 11th so SMS'd Phia. No response by 12th so phoned again. No explanation for not having got back to me but they had traced my original email on "another computer". Their investigations of the batch revealed no irregularities but they would nonetheless replace the unacceptable item. No apology for the substandard product or for the lack of customer care
