I bought a pair of black shoes from the Rosebank Rage on the 01st of March. When I tried the shoes on in the shop they fitted perfectly! I wore them once!! After wearing them, the right shoe stretched noticeably. I inserted heel grips and cushions in the front of the shoe. It was still too big for me... I called Rage at Fourways Crossing and they said I could bring them in and they would speak to head office about exchanging them. i EXPLAINED in my telephone conversation that the shoe was too big for me. When I got there I tried on a size a smaller whilst waiting for the Manager of the shop Queen. Queen then said I couldn't' change them because I had worn them!! She then phoned Verushka the HR Manager who told me that they would have to measure the shoes blah! I said to her I don't have black shoes for work tomorrow. She has the AUDACITY to turn around to me and say you MUST have more than one pair of black shoes! NO VERUSHKA - I don't have more than one pair of black work shoes!! I am absolutely livid at the shocking comment and atrocious service. I have been a loyal customer to Rage over the past 9 years and the majority of mine and my daughters shoes have been bought there.
