I waited for more than 30 minutes waiting for authorization, she is waiting for other supervisor to come authorise the request i want to submit, the lady that was helping me had to go beg her like its not her duty to authorise such requests

Not bad mouthing her but thats now how you act when the store is busy the supervisor have to wait next to the cashiers for such things so that customers will not wait for stupid things for a while
