Bought Lounge set R24 ooo one chair hole in

I am very upset I bought a lounge set for R24000 but from Christmas i complained about one chair with hole in. They promised to replace it never happened. I bought a TV stand was invoiced but never received it. I am unhappy because they ignore my complaint Every time I am promised today but today never comes. Its February already 2 months later and still no service.
