Bad Service from PEP

Worst service I have ever recieved when a manager does not even come to adress the customer but screams across. No customer service skills at all. Regina store manager at the Verulam branch needs serious customer service training if not a change of industry. I am very disappointed that such a recognised store can provide such bad service.
