So far the story is... i am in Australia and wished to purchase for a durban girl. i rang a store on the internet and later found out i had ordered the gift from the phoenix branch which was way too far for the girl to pick up her gift. after 2 phone calls to try and rectify this problem the two girls managing the branches had sorted this out . they have gone to the trouble of transporting gift from one store to the other. i am giving them huge compliments for their efforts. i also requested gift wrapping although i am in another country as a nice way to surprise the girl and they both were willing to assist in this experience. if all goes well this compliment will stay here.
