Hi-Fi Corporation
They claim I don't pay my account

After logging a complaint with them they phoned me back saying I owe them an installment for November 2012. They claim it didn't go off and was send back to them as unpaid.

I did email them with proof of my account that there wasn't any debit order and also that there was more than enough funds on my account to pay the debit order.

The keep harassing me with their stupid calls and no one cares to sort this out. On ITC I'm listed to be a month behind where I shouldn't be.
