TOTALLY DISSAPPOINTED IN ACCUSING ME FALSLEY

I had purchased two Clinque products while being assisted by a friendly pregnant african lady (do not know her name) but she helped me in the absence of the Clinque consultant. On going to return the one incorrect product for the correct one with my cash receipt, I was informed by the consultant Rukaya that they are out of stock and I should purchase another product instead. I asked why? She sed that is what her manager has told her, and she basically was trying to sell me a more expensive product, yet I overhead the cashier state that she should pass a credit as stated by the manager previously. So with that in mind I ask to speak to the manager named Yolan which I had to walk to while he was so busy sitting at the cellphone counter having a relaxed conversation with a visitor friend from a shop nearby.( this person is not a customer, she left store purchasing nothing. ( Video footage durring 3 and 4 o clock needs to be viewed to see proof of what this manager was more interested in doing) instead of dealing with my complaint, he basically sided with his consultant, and continued conversation with his friend. So I just abandoned product that I paid for and told him to keep it.
