Still no feed back on complaint

This is my second compliant pertaining to a damaged cast iron pot i received, i have sent multiple e-mails to this company, i have written a hello peter complaint, got a response saying that someone would contact me, received a phone call where i was asked to give the dates of my e-mails, gave them and never received any word back, i then wrote my feedback on here and received an e-mail from Christine Zonke saying she had tried to contact me and couldn't reach me what time would be convenient, i e-mailed back with times and have still not heard a word! What i find amazing is that in all this time no one can "reach me"yet their sales team manages to reach me 3 times a week asking if i want to buy anything else! Maybe the sales and customer departments should switch? Needless to say i am still waiting to see my postage refunded! And it's starting to become clear that i'm going to be expected to pay for a pot i received damaged and is never going to get replaced! If hello peter doesn't seems to scare this company then what is the next step? Report them to the ombudsman? Because this company certainly does not comply with the consumer protection act, despite their claims.
