I purchased a Verimark Hydrovac machine in April 2013, and after very mild use (once/twice a week) the closing mechanism broke about 6 months later. I took it into Woodmead hyper where I had purchased it and they sent it for repairs at the beginning of Nov. After 5 weeks I am still waiting for the machine to be repaired. After numerous attempts to phone BONGANI and leaving 3 messages he has yet to give me a call back. I have purchased many Verimark products in the past and I have always received good service and products from them. So I was very disappointed with the level of service and urgency received from Bongani. If this is an indication of Verimark's customer service then I will be loathed to spend my hard-earned rands on any of their products in the future.
