I stood 30 minutes to pay two items as there were only two cashiers open on a Saturday morning. When complaining to the floor manager, she pulled up her shoulders and walked away without addressing the problem or trying to help. Several other customers also complained to her without any luck. Either she is very lazy, unmotivated, have no customer care or is just incompetent in addressing the situation and dealing with unhappy customers. This also reflects extremely badly on the judgement capability of the senior managers of Hi Fi Corporation who have appointed her into that position as she is clearly not capable and/or willing to be an effective manager. Pick & Pay Hyper is just next door! You have lost my business.

The most incompetent staff
