Stay away from Homechoice

I had recieved a phone call from MBD last year telling me that my account had been handed over to them by homechoice, i then asked the guy what was the full amount that was outstanding he gave me the figure i still asked him if he was sure this is all i had to pay he said yes and there would be now more further payments required, they then took that amount out of my account, a month later i get a call from homechoice telling me that i still owe them, so i explained the above to the and they said that i must get hold of MBD and they must pay the difference, now i'm being hounded for this money. I don't know how you hand an account but still end up with an outstanding balance, i know when stuff is handed over that is where it stops, the next time i get a call from these i'm getting my lawyer involved.
